Flat Fee Deal

Flat fee MLS listings in North Carolina and South Carolina

We put your home on the local MLS for a single fee, starting at $295, with a licensed broker responsible for the listing. It appears on Zillow, Realtor.com, and Redfin the same way an agent listing does, buyers contact you directly, and there is no commission on the listing side.

Currently listing in North Carolina and South Carolina. Each listing is entered and reviewed by a licensed brokerage in that state.

How it works

A listing agent does a lot of things by hand that software can do reliably. A few things genuinely require a license. We built the first part and work with licensed brokers for the second.

Read the full process
  1. 01

    Tell us about the property

You enter the address and answer questions about the home, your timeline, and how you want to sell. We pull the county record and match it to the name on your ID. Most people finish this in about fifteen minutes.

  2. 02

The paperwork is prepared for you

Your state's disclosure forms and the listing agreement are filled in from your answers. A licensed broker reviews them, and you sign online.

  3. 03

Your listing goes on the MLS

The broker enters the listing directly. From there it syndicates to Realtor.com, Zillow, Redfin, and the local brokerage websites, usually within a day.

  4. 04

You handle the sale, with help where you want it

Buyers and their agents contact you. Each offer comes with a net sheet so you can compare what you would actually receive, and the closing attorney of your choice handles the closing.

What the fee does not include, because there is nothing more

A few flat fee services advertise a low price and then collect a percentage, or a compliance fee, at the closing table. Our package price is the whole fee. You will still pay the normal seller closing costs to the attorney and the county, and any compensation you choose to offer a buyer’s agent in the contract, but none of that goes to us.

A licensed broker is responsible for every listing

Listings are entered and reviewed by a licensed brokerage in your state, and that brokerage is the broker of record on your listing. Their name and license number appear on the licenses page and on your listing agreement.

Your disclosures and listing agreement follow the forms your state requires. Nothing is submitted to the MLS or sent to a buyer until a broker has checked it. You keep control of the price, the showings, and the negotiation, and on the Managed package the broker advises you on offers and counters.
